I went to Cosmetology School specializing In nails, became Licensed in 2004 to current, with the passion to care for people on a more personal level I decided to pursue a career in Nursing. I’m now 12 years into my nursing career. I have experience in a variety of nursing settings, including wound-care & Hyperbarics. Expanding my skill set with special focus in the aesthetics industry I have now combined both Licenses to encompass the whole realm of aesthetics. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Modification, and Rescheduling Policy:
It's important to understand that when forgetting or canceling appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that
appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all clients, booking appointments through GlossGenius are subject to the following terms:
Clients are required to cancel, modify, or reschedule their services at least 48hours before
the appointment to avoid a penalty you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. Appointments that are booked within the 48-hour period are still subject to this policy. A valid CC will be required upon scheduling with Re’Vive Aesthetics Spa. If the clients card is not valid, the appointment will not be accepted.
As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 72 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. This fee will not go towards the service price. This is non-refundable and non-transferable. Appointments that are not confirmed 48 hours in advance may be cancelled and charged a cancellation fee. No call no-shows are not tolerated. The client will be charged 100% of the service fee. Re’Vive Aesthetics Spa is not responsible for any appointments made that are forgotten about.
*Late Policy
It you're running late, please call or text me at (734)355-2274. If you are less than 15 minutes late, the service will be shortened into the time allotted. Being more than 15 minutes late, forfeits the appointment. In both cases, the fee for the scheduled service will be the one charged at time of appointment.
*New Client Deposit
To secure your appointment,
an advanced non-refundable deposit policy is required. A non-refundable deposit is set per service cost and will be required upon booking your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the final cost of your services on the day of your appointment.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of any changes or cancellations made to your appointment.

COVID-19 CANCELLING AND RESCHEDULING
A client who wishes to cancel or reschedule their appointment less than our 48 hour cancellation period due to Covid-19 will still be charged a 100% cancellation fee or rescheduling fee. This fee can be refunded if the client provides proof of covid testing (positive or negative) to Re’Vive Aesthetics Spa up to 7 days after the clients scheduled appointment. If the proof of testing is not submitted to Re’Vive Aesthetics Spa within 7 days after the appointment, the client will no longer be refunded the cancellation fee or rescheduling fee.
We ask that if you start feeling sick or if you were exposed to Covid-19, to please let us know as soon as possible.
